Forever Resorts Speed and Sound Competition
We had the \displeasure\" of visiting Warmbaths Aventura the past weekend, we booked a camping site with the idea of having a peaceful and tranquil weekend away from the hustle of the city. We clearly found out why these resorts are called forever resorts as checking in at Warmbaths takes \"Forever\" - allot of info is hand written for example dates, surnames etc - all of which with a little effort can be pre-printed and allot of time saved - but that was not the main complaint.<br> After setting up camp on stand 168 with the help of the \"camp crew\" - which we though were amazing - we soon realized that it was like camping in the middle of a \"speed and sound\" competition - with one site trying to out BASS/PLAY the second site. I had a look on the back of the rules and it stated no music after 22:00 - which I deemed acceptable - 03:00 am it was still going strong with neither party giving up. Now you can imagine how we battled to keep a little one of 17 Months asleep while this was going on. Security did nothing to stop this even though they patrolled at least 10 times up and down that night. In short the Saturday was spoiled due to sleep deprivation and we will not visit Warmbaths again"

Following investigations by Management at Warmbaths, A Forever Resort as well as our outsourced Security Company, Pentagon, we found that all relevant actions were taken by the Security Personnel within the caravan park. Our incident book for that weekend indicates several warnings issued for loud music. No complaints were logged at Reception or to the Security Manager on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday. All Guests receive the telephone number to contact as it appears on the rules pamphlet provided on check in.
Concerning the check in process where all is hand written - the only things that are hand written for the camping sites are the dates on the armbands, vehicle registration number and departure date on both the vehicle access pass and camping access pass. Registrations forms, meal tickets, etc. is printed via our online reservation system.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to yourselves due to the actions of your fellow campers, but we would like to assure you that we will always do everything in our power to make all our Guests' stays more pleasurable.
