Forever Resorts in Warmbads - NO RESIDENCE AT THE HYDRO

Highly disappointed that the Forever Resorts in Warmbads does not allow residence of the town to use the Hydro. we used to pay a separate fee to use this and is not available, further there is no special yearly fee for the residence to use the premises. :(
