Forever resort Badplaas hydrospa incompetency

Im severly dissatisfied with the Hydro spa incompetency as I have emailed the spa and resort numerous times, talked to Louise,Lillian Molefe and Mmela from Thursday 29 March. I contacted Derrick (directly working in the spa) who informed me that a the****** would call me back to book which options we would like to choose. He said coming after 10 would be fine though. We arrived at the spa after 10 to find no bookings had been made and also no substitutes could be made within our time frame. I was informed the spa was under renovations so contact with them was going to be difficult. I tried through as many channels to get my message across to different people in different sections but they all couldn't do 1 simple task. I would not recommend this hydro spa after such time wasting exercise and inconvenience.
