Forever loskopdam resorts

I have made bookings for me and my kids ( 17-19 April 2020 ) in order for me to run Loskop marathon which was cancelled due to covid-19 . I requested loskopdam forever resorts to postpone my booking to next year during the time of marathon. And this is due to forever loskopdam marathon being cancelled and covid-19. I don’t want to cancel my booking, I only want it to be moved to another dates. Please assist
