Don't swear at your customers

In 2013 we stayed at forever resorts Tshipise in Messina, we went down to swim one evening to find people swimming naked and drinking in the pool (some were staff). We complained to the head of security whom went on to tell us to f..k off and he was completely drunk as well. To date we have has no response or anything to all our complaints, we even spoke to the managing director whom promised to be in touch, 2 years later I'm still waiting. So basically people are allowed to get naked,have *** and drink in the pool so it's no longer safe to take our children there! It was once such a beautiful place but it's gone to the dogs. Maybe I'll get an answer one day.its unacceptable to be sworn at by a member of staff and basically the managing director condones it and treats it as though it's ok.
