Don't care about customers
I went with my children to Swadini over the long weekend 16 December. Our chalet was good but not worth the rate per day. Dont stay at the resort, they allow busses ( many ) on a public holiday and the resort can't manage so many people. Day visitors can visit people that are booked in but they do not leave they stay with people they \visit". People book a 4 bed or 6 bed and then the day visitors don't leave but live in 1 unit. Up to 10 people stay in a unit. One of the campers pitched a swimming pool and informed the other campers he has a swimming pool people can use as the pools was to full.<br> <br> Untill such time we here there is control over people who come in and leave I will never visit a Forever resort again. If you sign in 1 car with 5 people"
We understand that you have been in contact with our General Manager at Swadini, A Forever Resort - Nols van der Berg.
As Mr van der Berg explained to you we do not allow day visitors on the Property during School Holidays. This was an official group making use of 22 chalets and who also made use of group transport.
We acknowledge that our patrons staying in chalet accommodation do from time to time gather at one unit for a braai.
During the past Dec all patrons were requested not to make use of blow up swimming pools as part of our water conservation program.
We deem this matter to be settled and trust that you will find this in order.
