Dissapointed in Warmbaths!!!

We have been supporting Warmbaths for the last 20 years when they were still under aventura resorts and my dad was a club card member. we stayed there the weekend of the 5th and 6th June. we are very dissapointed in how there is no maintenance of the chalets, there is paint pealing in the shower, the kitchen drain gets clogged, the utensils and appliances are very old. Every time we book we request a normal 6 sleeper and always get told it is fully booked and only the carribean village is available. Upon speaking to one of the cleaners on our last visit she said that many of the 6 sleepers were empty. So i can't understand...... The Hygiene of the showers at the Hydro needs to be looked at. The shower doors do not close and it is so filthy the tiles..... Warmbaths claims to be a 5 star resort but that to me is definitely not 5 star. we are also paying alot of money for the chalets and expect it to be well maintained for the money we pay.
