Disappointing Service & Menu

<p>I recently stayed at the Forever Resorts, Badplaas. It was for about 5 nights at the Hotel. I could renovations done and it looks good. However, service was not the best. When one enquired about the activites at the reception or menu from the Hill Side Bistro they could not provide proper feedback, or had the menu availible. The room service menu was not functional due to the renovations but we were not informed. The supper meals provided Alacarte menu is also not inclusive as we are vegetarian and could not really have a proper meal there. The Hillside Bistro offered a vegetarian soya burger but when it arrived it was a mushroom burger, obiviously I did not argue as I wanted the meal and did not want to anger the chef. It is a beautiful place and would like to go back, but the service must improve and make the menus inclusive please. </p>
