booking probleme

I send a email 6/4/2015 it was only answered on 15/4/2015 for the past 7years we go to Bela Bela from the 1st of June to end July we never had to book in advance although in my email I stated we were 14 caravans coming now all off a suddend they are dully booked till the 16th of July first time ever. They have cheaper stands and more expensive stands we stand on cheaper stands but now they will only allow the pensioners on the more exspensive stands. We feel very unhappy with the treatment this resport is giving our old pleople. The want to make money out of the old aged people because they know we can't afford the more exspensive stand so they get rid of us what a shame and the manager Tom never availible till he gets ons tv programme then and only then you see and hear him. What a shame
