Badplaas resort

Paid for family holiday at Badplaas resort in a 4 sleeper chalet. Sat for two days without power and intermittently during the past few days. Weather was really bad with regards to rain and thunder storms, but that is understandable. The issue is that with two toddlers, there has been no way of enteraining them during these power outages, the slides don't work, there is no gas stove to boil water or make food. Reaaurants closes early. The braais are not covered so we had to make a plan to braai with bana tree leaves on the grid just to keep the fire going. If you were camping we could have made provision for instances like this This is truly unacceptable for the price we paid. From what we have heard from other holiday makers here during this time, ATKV has made provision for power issues with regards to generators.
