Badplaas Forever Resort
The worst ever for Badplaas, pharmacy closed down, butchery closed down, resturant closed down just not the same as what it use to be!!! If Badplaas cannot improve services in general might close down the resort been going to Badplaas for the last 20 year's never again. ...

We always welcome feedback from our valued guests, such as yourself as it allows us to continually improve our standards where possible. We are saddened to hear about your experience, however, we would like to shed some light on the topics. With regards to the Pharmacy and Butchery. These two stores belonged to external parties and Forever Badplaas merely provided these parties with facilities to operate their businesses. They, unfortunately, decided to not renew their leases. The Badplaas Supermarket has since the closure of the Butcher begun to stock a variety of meats. The Resort is also currently in talks with a new Pharmacist to lease the space soonest. Regarding the Restaurant, it is very unfortunate that COVID-19 had the negative impact it did on the Restaurant industry. A decision was made to stop duplicating services such as the Hillside Hut and focus on the Restaurant located in the Hotel. We trust you will find the above in order and we thank you sincerely for your understanding, and your loyal support over the past 20 years.
