Bad service forever resorts warmbaths

Booked in at chalet. No headsup of groups expected for that period as day visitors. We could not use any outdoor facilities due to fully crowded. The guests that book in to stay. pay a hefty fee only to use the hydro. Slides close early which only accommodates day visitors. Residents are stuck at hydro as outdoor is full capacity snd overcrowded.Spoke to the manager he was arrogant n of no help. Think twice before you book . Why pay such high rates when you stuck at the hydro with kids due to overcrowdes
