bad service ever

I visited bela bela on saturday i will not lie i came late it was 3 during the day, i was with my friend we got inside the pool. 16:30 a guy called tshepo came to my friend and i and hold our hands and shout GET OUT OF THE WATER 3 TIMES it was so embarassing as if we did not pay. I was under the impression that the resort close at 5 , but now if this how we gonna be treated then i am afraid i will never set my foot there. If you guys want ppl to be out by 16:30 let that be know and there must be a billboard confirming that. I felt so angry and embarrassed by this action. Please attend to this situation we can not be paying for such service.
