Bad service

I would like to express my experience for my stay at warmbaths forever resort i checked in on the 23rd September 2022 i got to the hotel after having a swim with my toddler and infant there was NO hot water at the hotel well knowing how much we spend a night at the hotel for such ****py service i called reception with my OWN airtime i cant believe a " Hotel" does not have a line in the room where we can use for room service , i get through to a lady at reception i advise her we do not have hot water the water is running for the past 15 minutes it is ice cold she states shes going to get maintenance to come and see 20 minutes later still no one came to the room i then took a walk down with my TWO kids to reception she calls the main reception i wait there for 15 minutes again no one comes they put me thru to a rude manager that had no sense of ampathy ... i spoke to Morne she was apologetic.. i just had a bad experience for my first day at the resort
