Bad service at aventura bela bela

We have been going to aventura bela bela for many years. We always go to the hydro to swim and have always been allowed to take food and coldrinks (in plastic bottles) into the hydro. Today we arrived there and were told that they have changed the rules and that we were not allowed to take in food and coldrinks. I asked to speak to the hydro manager and the resortanagement about this as there was no mention of the rule change on the website or on the notices on the walls. The lady then showed me a paper where it was printed that no food is allowrd. They really had a bad attitude. We will never go there ever again
