Bad resort

I stayed over at the warmbaths resort (bela bela)from 15-18 July 2022. The chalets(TCS4) are in a very bad condition. I previously booked the same type(TCS4) of accomodtion in 2019 and loved the chalet as it was very spacious and beautifully laid out.

When I arrived at the chalet it was certainly not the same type of accommodation previously booked. It was cramped smaller layout, old and unkept. I requested the the manger to reallocate me to better chalet and they refused. I was very disappointed in Warmbaths in that after me specifying the type of accommodation I would receive room that was down graded. Travelers should not get caught out on arrival because all the chalets has different layouts which is very deceiving if my expectation is have the same accomodation as I had previously. If I specified a certain type /classification of accommodation then I expect those requirements to be fulfilled. The toilet door & shower door is so close to toilet/ shower that you literally have to press yourself against the door so that there is enough space for the door to open, to exit the toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is so cramped and there is an overflow of water when washing dishes.
