Bad facilities

It’s rather unfortunate that forever resorts Warmbaths is poorly managed and bad management and front office staff. The biggest problem is that the facilities don’t work, poor service in the hotel rooms. The major risk is that you cannot contact reception or any staff by telephone after 5pm no one picks up if you have a problem or emergency, the resort has no telephone system in the hotel rooms or the chalets and goes against safely and security requirements. On on the very few resorts in South Africa that has no back up electricity during load cuts after 10 years of load shedding. The chalets are dark and the surrounding are terrible in the dark.
