bad attitude
Badplaas does not cater for people who is smoking get treated like trash,drinks at bar are hot,rooms in hotel is not up to standard,alarms screaming from 12 at night till 5 in morning,carpets are not clean we were actually so fed up had to leave before the time, before we arrived we tried to phone 10 times no answer at all,on our arrival we had to wait almost 4 hours for our room,even the events they organising is not organised sitting in front of main arena for a half an hour no pap,no sauce like promised beers are hot,badplaas is really not wort he price they very quickly to take a booking and your money

We at Forever pride ourselves in delivering the best Guest service and strive to get the basics right consistently. We have discussed the matter with the General Manager at Badplaas, A Forever Resort and would like to give you feedback as follows:
Forever Resorts has a non-smoking policy in all our accommodation and public areas according to the smoking laws that took effect on 1 October 2015 banning smoking in any public areas. However Badplaas has designated smoking areas which can be used. The GM has brought it under our attention that the alarms you are referring to was in fact the hotel's smoke alarm that was set off due to you apparently smoking in your room.
We would like to inform you that check in time for all our properties is only at 15:00 in the afternoon, especially in our peak periods. This gives us enough turn around time after check out.
Pap and sauce was only advertised for the bush braais at the Bush Lapa on 21 Dec and 2 Jan. No pap and sauce was made available at the Arena on any of the days.
