Long overdue salary.

I have a complaint against the owners of this company. I resigned from company in February 2019 and is still waiting for salary and commissions owed. After numerous calls, sms's , and whatsup mesages I have to resort to other measures to try and get my money. I do not have the means nor the finances to go to a lawyer. Can you help please.
