Products not packaged properly

I am a member of the Forever Living business, and i am very unsatisfied with the way that the products are packaged. I had an incident where they dont put the protective brown sleeve on the Aloe Gel. The previous orders i received didnt have the protective sleeves. The last order i got, the Aloe gel burst in the box as there was no Sleeve. I expect a refund or another gel from the company as this was a mistake from their side.
