not yet received my refund

On the 26 July 2017 i ordered products i received an order with 4 soaps short. i was told that they did not have them in stock but i had already paid for them. two weeks later i asked about my soups but was told that they will be sent with my next order and i responded by saying that i will not be placing an order anytime soon so if i may please have my refund. correspondence came back stating that they will send the soaps. after a week nothing had happened i then inquired again and was told that they will refund me the money i had to send through my invoice which i did . to date i have not received my refund. when i sent an email on the 06 September i was told again that they will send the soaps. I DO NOT WANT THEM ANYMORE I WANT MY MONEY BACK FINISH.
