Bad attitude

The bad attitude we get from the receptionist, so unprofessional I doubt she's qualified reception, always on the phone swearing and aggressive, we're just new team that joined the business as team of 16 but everytime we arrive for our orders we find unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist lady. Due to the receptionist we've decided not to do business with forever living
