Meals are great - but hardly Forever Frozen

Meals seem to be great however - please note that the frozen guarantee does not apply for same day shipping - which is the case for major cities, and you are unable to change this option on ordering.

Despite the website stating "frozen guarantee in specialised packing", you will receive a cardboard box (probably soggy from transport) that has no insulation and warning stickers that the quality cannot be guaranteed if not frozen immediately. Which was a problem for me as I had requested delivery to my office.
