Don't consider this service provider

<p>Initially I wanted to use Forever flawless brides to prepare my wedding cake and accordingly paid my deposit amount. I was advised however that I should not take a chance, as my collegue had a problem with there service, as they post picturers of cakes that have not been made by the company, but place there watermark on the pictures of the cake, claiming to be that of the company's. However these cakes are made by other providers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Following the advise, and not wanting to lose my deposit, I used the deposit to order my wedding cards. This is also something that the company offers. (no longer offers, since the writing of this complaint)</p> <p> </p> <p>What a disaster, it was a huge battle getting a response from Kaajal and her husband Junaid. I waited weeks for a response. When the cards were eventually delivered, I was extremely disappointed. Firsty it was not what I ordered, they provided me with two separate colours of the same card design. Furthermore, the quality of the card was extremely poor, despite paying R20 a card. Which was the most expensive card that they offered.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I queried the two different batches of cards, they said that they no longer had stock of the card that I had orderd. Instead of quering the situation with me, they merely sent cards without my approval. </p> <p> </p> <p> I inquired whether they would be getting stock of the batch of cards I had orderd and in what time frame. I further inquired as to whether they had other cards that would match the intial batch of cards sent so that I could at least utilise the cards they had sent me.</p> <p>I have yet to receive a response from the company. Almost 2 months have passed. Extremely unprofessional service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not consider this company for your wedding! dissappointed. </p>
