Stay away from ECM Projects and Edward Chamunorwa***ner)
ECM Projects installed laminated flooring in my kitchen, dining and living rooms. Payment was in full and on the spot, but I noted a few incomplete snags needed fixing. Edward Chamunorwa (the owner) promised to come the following Monday to finish but he and team did not pitch. I then discovered that my front door was cut too much by 2.5cm. I called him on 5 separate occasions and left him numerous voice notes on WhatsApp together with pictures of the now damaged door, but he has been avoiding my calls, yet he has time to post pictures of his latest projects. Edward Chamunorwa is a dishonest man, who has excuses for not honouring his promises, especially if he has been paidin full. I regret offering this man an opportunity to work in my home, he brought me nothing but a HUGE headache and has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
