Worst wax ever!

I have been having salon body treatments incl. body waxes for over 20 years now and have never experienced a wax as bad as I did at your salon yesterday. I requested a 3/4 leg wax and was assisted by one of your ladies called Debra or Brenda.

Although most of the waxes I've had were with strip wax, I've had a few experiences with body wax without strips. I truly feel that your staff member has no clue on how to use soft wax without strips. When applying consecutive sections of wax she left long strips of skin untreat in between which led to alot of tweazer plucking over areas that actually required waxing.

When the lady started on my second leg after waxing literally to just above my knee I asked her if she was only doing a half leg wax and she said 'no' she was doing a 3/4 leg wax, whereafter I had to show her that a 3/4 leg wax actually ends at mid thigh, but by that time I was so irritated with all the unnecessary plucking and scratching (to remove the residual wax) that I insisted that she continue only with a half leg wax. She also asked me to lie on my side instead of turn onto my stomach to wax the back of my legs, which led me to show her later that large patches at the back of my legs were not effectively treated. I even asked your staff member to call the other 'the******' in to witness the poor quality of this treatment.

Lastly, I know that I do not have alot of body hair, even months after my last wax treatment, but the hair is dark. It has never taken more than 30-40 minutes to complete a 3/4 leg wax on my legs. This half leg wax took almost one and a half hours, which is unnecessarily long.

The culmination of this unacceptable experience has lead me to believe that you've employed unqualified 'the******s' that lack the proper training and that you should be ashamed to ask quality salon prices for an inferior service. This was my first interaction with your salon, but I will never return for another treatment nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

It was definitely not good doing business with you.
