You settle, they debit..

I joined this gym midlast year after a successful 3 year contract at bodyflo had terminated.

I was given the option to pay a single, once-off discounted amount for a duration of 24months for two members of which I obliged myself contractually to.

The first month a payment went off and I alerted the gym and they promised to stop and refund that payment. Second month it went off double the amount and a different gym rep was there so again I was promised that it will be sorted...third month faced the same issue still, even after going there numerous of times until finally I saw the boss of which he promised to stop and refund. Again.

Today its been 5months and I have not been refunded as promised but instead I have a new guy there who informed me that the other two (Marne and Carlito) have been moved to new branches and they delt with my problem so I should get hold of his boss. Again.
