Forever 21 Mall of Africa Bad Security

<p>my fone was ****** in Forever 21 at the Mall of Africa today and I could not receive assistance from the shop because their CC TV cameras screens were not functional. One of the store employees then told me that pick pocketing is quite common in the area of the store i was in but, there was no sign warning customers to beware of pickpocketers. After i had asked for assistance from the employees it took a while for the manager to get back to me. I am dissapointed by the shop because they have failed to provide a sense of security to me as customer in the store. i understand that they cannot prevent theft however, at least they should put some effort in trying and their security systems should be functional so that evidence to catch the ***** would be available, otherwise the cameras are useless. </p> <p> </p> <p>I advise Shoppers to cling to their bags in Forever 21 or any other store at the Mall of Africa because it seems they do not care about our security but only for the money we will spend there.</p> <p> </p> <p>it would also be best if the mall security patrolled more often, it might help deter ******* from *****ing if they now someone might catch them in the act. this is something the mall of africa is greatly lacking in. Customers need to feel safe to shop at leisure. i am utterly disappointed and foneless at the moment.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
