**** Forestdale Villas

This place is a ****. I am so happy to be out of there it was the worst place I have ever stayed. Visitors not allowed to park in complex. Other people stop in your parking and body corporate does not care. No one gets a cent of their deposit back no matter how much You clean and paint and do what you should do even giving the right amount of notice. You never speak to the same person more than once and the office address which is in the complex does not even exist. You ask where the office is they will not tell you. The body corporate is one and the same and does nothing if you contact them. Kids have nowhere to play they play around the cars and scratch your car and scream and no one does anything about it. Loud parties and drinking and this place is a nightmare. I sent the body corporate photos of kids climbing on cars and they did nothing about it. The whole lease is a **** read the clauses VERY carefully as after you move out they tell you that your rent was extra every month because the interest rate went up as peravlause in this ******* lease agreement but dont let you know and use it to keep your full deposit. Useless management it was so bad the caretaker got ****ed over these issues by an irate tenant and the new caretaker is also useless because he gets paid by these ************ to lie to people. He is the only point of contact and never answers his door. He answers to show youthe place and gef your deposit and after that then he ignores you completely. I can keep going but im so over this place. I do not ever want to think about it again but felt you need to know before signing up for this ****. Do not move here unless you want to be unhappy and lose your hard earned money.
