Run as far away as possible !!!!!!

The place is unsafe, was ****** at knife point by the homeless guys who have easy access to the complex.They rummage through the bins and take out all the trash and leave it laying around the yard. There is sh*t laying around the complex because the drains clog every second week. Not to mention the plumbing that is faulty, building that is not maintained and the prison feel of it. Your washing is not safe at the washing line, the ****roach infestation is ridiculous. “No visitors allowed and No braaing” Prepaid water is a **** because sometimes 1000L doesn’t even last a week in a flat where only 2 people reside. They are great ************ and The Worst landlords ( Most importantly Your will never ever get your deposit back)!!!!!!!!
