NOT ETHICAL (HEALTHY) TO RUN A "BUSINESS" LIKE THIS WITH ONLY ONE CONTACT NUMBER, ONLY TO COMMUNICATE VIA WHATSAPP OR EMAIL AND NOT ABLE TO MEET WITH ANYBODY!!!

WE URGENTLY NEED DETAILS AND NAMES OF PERSON(S), PEOPLE, FLAT OWNER(S), BODY CORPORATE, MANAGEMENT THAT WE CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH TO ARRANGE FOR A MEETING AROUND THE ISSUES, UNHAPPINESS, COMPLAINTS AND ALOT STUFF THAT WE AS PAYING TENANTS AT FORESTDALE VILLAS NEED TO BROUGHT UNDER THEIR ATTENTION!!!

It is Impossible for a Secured Security Complex, as advertised to have ONLY ONE CONTACT NUMBER - ***. The people that can be contacted and you should speak or let me put say CHAT to is "Susan" or "Sumaya Jacobs".

The ONLY way they feel You as a Tenant can Communicate with them is via Whatsapp or Email (NOT STATED/PRINTED ON LEASE AGREEMENT).

On 10 August 2023 I send a whatsapp to *** to enquire about the availability of flats at Forestdale Villas. The person said her name is "Susan" when rep**** and said they have Two flats available and asked for my email address for them to send information and application.

The I forwarded my email address to her and received the application. From that day we were in contact. I went for Viewings and NOT on ONE VIEWING there was Any Estate Agent, Member of Body Corporate present to Welcome or Meet Me in Person. The ONLY person that Susan arranged for me to meet and show me around was "GOD KNOWS" (Maintenance Guy). On 31 August 2023 I made and Immediate Transfer to their Bank Account, as Susan informed me to make the payment Soonest as that will avoid Us being dissappointed seeing that there is more people that is interested in the flats and that will Secure Us the flat. The Lease Agreement stated that we could move in on 1 September 2023. We were forced to move out from where we rented prior and Only moved in on 10 September 2023 seeing that they were still busy with "repairs". Remember that the ONE MONTH'S RENT AND DEPOSIT were Already Paid on the 31st of August 2023. Before the Finalization of the Lease Agreement the "Maintenance Guy" GOD KNOWS handed over the keys and there was a INSPECTION LIST that I was needed to Complete. I've taken photos, made videos which was forwared to Susan via Whatsapp regarding damages and Faults find by myself which she Acknowledged and Confirmed that the repairs will be happen and be sorted out.

Today is 2 January 2024 and Still NO REPAIRS was done to the flat. I Paid More than R50K into their Bank Account After the FIRST THREE MONTHS and I mean we All Work Hard for Our Money and for them just "WANT" and NOT WILLING TO COME FORWARD AND MEET OUR NEEDS BY SORTING OUT PROBLEMS THAT'S BEEN BROUGHT UNDER THEIR ATTENTION FROM SAY ONE. Our washing was ****** of the washing lines (VERY EXPENSIVE Jeans, T-Shirts, Jackets ect), Our Electric Appliances was DAMAGED (Microwave, Kettle, Fridge ect).

I would Really like to sit with The Owner, Body Corporate or Any Responsible Person(s) Excluding "Susan or Sumaya Jacobs" regarding this.

I have spoken to Tenants at Forestdale Villas that have been staying there for years. They are sitting with Exactly the Same Problem and have No Idea Who or Where to Go to seeing that ALL COMMUNICATION IS WHATSAPP AND EMAIL.

For Me this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and what makes me NOT GIVING UP is the fact that some of that clothing that was ****** off the Washing Line was Bought by My Late Mother who Suddenly Passed on 22 June 2022, so it Really had SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME!

PLEASE ASSIST ME IN THIS REGARDS AS I NEED TO GET CLARITY ON ALOT OF STUFF! AS PER PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS LOGGED, I SEE THAT ALOT OF STUFF IS VERY RELATED TO WHAT WE AND OTHER TENANTS IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCED.
