Forestdale Villas or Forestdale Letting (bad)

This is the worst complex I have lived in. It is very marketable I able I agree, but when you are inside the true colors emerge. The plumbing is an i+s+sue, in the units and constant drain leakages on the yard. It's not secure, ******* bins and washing lines are raided by the homeless. But the worst is the slyness of the Body corporate. They all ways find a way not to give you your deposit. Nobody ever gets their deposit.
