Foresdale Villas now known as Forestdale Letting

If you are looking for a place to stay and you are desperate, DON NOT GO AND LOOK FOR A PLACE TO STAY AT FORESTDALE VILLAS / FORESTDALE LETTING, DO NOT FALL INTO THESE PEOPLES TRAP, they will tell you good things about the complex it is situated in Brackenfell on Old Paarl road opposite the head office of shoprite and checkers next to the Total petrol garage. YOU WILL NOT GET ALL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY!!, They **** to me and my flatmate that we will not pay for water and then weird water bills started popping up and we were R1600, yet there is only 1 water meter for the whole complex!! , and yet the flat we stayed in had an owner, we tried to find out where their offices are and they said they are in Johannesburg but refuse to tell us where?? When we enquired about the water they said the letter came from the Municipality and I called the Municipality and they confirmed that letter DID NOT COME FROM THEM!!! I called the agent again and she changed her story and said "no those people work for the body corporation". They are super unprofessional, ***** and ******** and their complex is not safe, they once had one for the gates opened and not fixed for a whole month going on two months!! IF you want to lose some or all of your money and pay for they're broken S&%! and if you are already staying there goodluck!! I dont know how long they have been ******** people, but if I can help a few people avoid disaster then I will!!
