HORROR

<p>Gosh this place is gorgeous but the service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE sucks ,we waited at the gate for 10 bad minutes than the were greeted by a security guard /rececptionist/supervisor etc ,than we needed to wait for an HORRIBLE hour to be attended to by the jack of all trades mentioned above .</p> <p>Before being sent to ''our ROOM ''we were told that we did not pay on which we did and had a confirmation letter for than we need to wait another 10 minutes for a confirmation which we did not recieve ,in entering our room the guard/// etc took out a form to count all things dispensible in the room so that we dont ***** from s**** to side lamp we are not trying to give this place a bad name we are just unsatisfied clients that expect the best for our holiday....</p> <p>or and the wanted a deposit just incase we make there bedding dirty</p>
