Bad customer service and billings

Lodge into the hotel yesterday without being told it's a none smoking room, they collected deposits from me , going back to get my deposited cash they said I owe them a 1000 rands for smoking inside the room. I was not told before hand . The black lady with the dreads that attended to me was rude and lack manners , I also ordered break fast a toast, eggs, bake bean , but it took 2hrs to get the food . Even the house keeper that brought the food didn't even covered it, and she was talking right inside my food. What a bad experience I had with them .
