Bad service for birthday at Panarotti Forest Hill Centurion

Very disappointed, brought my son to Panarotti for pizza with his 2 friends, the service was not at all great, I advised them that it was my sons birthday and I had to get the manager here because the ice cream was not even given to him with a birthday song or sparkle. I will not recommend panarotti for a birthday to anyone. Garlic and parmesan cheese was served with no teas****s as well
