I was assisted by Joyce Shiluva on 15 October 2022, went in to report my phone lost/******, I waited for ITC number since that date, today its the 1December 2022 and nothing still has been done, no sms no call back, I even went on Facebook inbox and posts but have not received any call, email, they even have the nerve to deduct more than agreed and on wrong date.
