dissappointed at Ster Kinekor Forrest Hill

The staff at Ster Kinekor Forrest Hill have no people skills. I was u today to take my 11 year old nephew to watch a movie. We were not allowed to go into watch the movie Jungle book because he was not 12 years old. When I bought the movie ticket the attendant asked me how old my child was and I told him. But what makes me upset is that other people with small children were allowed into the movie but we were told to either choose another movie or leave. I then asked for a refund which was another tiresome situation where I was told that I will only be refunded next Tuesday. What makes me angry is that they do not consider the client and makes small little kids upset and cry. At learn they should have compromised. All that discomfort and anger when I truly believe as regular customers we could have been treated better. The manager was very rude to my children. Truely a dissappointed customer and will never go there again
