Shocking service & poor end product

I appointed forest flooring to do the floors in my dinning room. At first I received numerous quotations that were incorrect. Then I had to wait months to get a sample. The colour I requested was a colour in their showroom, which is warm brown. When they installed my floors it was black, nothing like the colour. They have been messing me around for the past 2 weeks, all I want is my floors corrected or they can remove what they have done and give me my money back. <br> In addition their accounting team clearly don't know what they're doing the amounts I was invoiced on a few occasions were totally incorrect (more than what I should have paid). <br> <br> The after service is shocking, where you're made false promises of people calling you or have people coming through to check with no action. <br> <br> Their floors are very expensive, please don't be fooled into thinking you are going to get a fantastic product or professional service. Don't waste your time and money dealing with them!!
