DO NOT USE FOREST FLOORING!!!! **********!!!

Shocking experience with Forest flooring. Received great communication until my deposit was paid, and then it became non-existent. Eventually received a phone call to book a day for installation. When that day came no one pitched up, no communication received. The guy (Jaco) who booked the installation day for me did not answer any messages or phone calls even though I could see he was online on watsapp, which was how he contacted me first to book the installation. Never received such bad customer service in my entire life.

Throughout the day I’ve had employees call me to inform me they no longer work there as they do not know what is going on. They get told the material has been bought and machines but then they can still never start or complete the job. The owners, William & Nici Kombrink are **********, they take your money and then that’s it. There’s no one to contact, no response to emails! Shocking shocking shocking. So now I sit without my deposit but will be laying ******** charges against them tomorrow. DO NOT USE FOREST FLOORING !!!!!
