THE FOREST CAFE - A HIDDEN GEM

FOREST CAFE is situated at the north end of the PROMENADE which stretches for 2.5 kms along the coast in UMHLANGA, Durban. The FOREST CAFE is a quiant little "watering hole" ... for coffee and teas and lovely baquettes. During a 5 day idyllic stay at the BREAKERS RESORT, the FOREST CAFE was my preferred venue for breakfast. Nestling amongst the trees and with the waves breaking nearby, the FOREST CAFE is perfectly positioned. Congratulations to Brian, the friendly owner. May he long serve the residents of and visitors to DURBAN.
