Do not entrust valuables to Forensic Audio Lab

I had some 8mm old films that I wanted converted to DVD. I took them (including the 40 year old film projector in its original packaging) to Gunther .. My first sign of the unprofessional service to come should have been that when I arrived it was not infact at his studio (as advertised on the website) but at a little wooden house. I was desperate to convert the old films so I stupidly went with it. It then took more than a month for him to convert to films instead of 2 weeks as promised and to top it off the most important reel which i pointed out to him was not converted. I had to to call every week to find out the progress and every time he said \should be next week". In addition I was quoted R250 per hour of film. When collecting my belongings .. the dvd was 1 hour long - he charged R1000 (no invoice) and returned film projector without its original box and my films in a checkers packet! His excuse was he had a unreliable guy helping him that threw the box away even though it says on the website under Quality Guaranteed heading \""No 3rd parties"
