Hello Peter, I would love to tell people about my experience with this foreign exchange company, I have been paying charges for a full year and I am still waiting to received my money .According to these people they are not allowed to take charges for the money they have and released the rest its against they company law in the meantime the company is making money out of people. I would like to ask that when people are waiting on an international bank transfer please go to your bank first find out what you need to do first even if it means open a forex account but please don't used this foreign companies. They don't care what the reason is for you to received the money if you can't afford the charges your money will be confiscated. The longer they keep your money the more interest in the company account please be very carefull with this foreign exchange companies it is a nightmare to get your money from them. They agents are trained to lie to clients just to make more money they tell you if you don't pay this amount you will loose all the money if you pay this amount your money will be in immediately after payment is acknowledge they ask you for another payment until you can't pay no more they will put you deep in debt and let you struggle but you will never see that money please be careful if you are uncertain speak to your bank first. The sad thing is if your loved once are sending you money from overseas because you really need the money than you first have to take out all this charges before you can get that money. I never deal with such people or company and I hope its the last time dealing with such people. I have been paying charges for a full year now still nothing the more you pay the more money they requesting from you to pay. You can pay approximately R100 000 on charges for a 20 000$.Their said it's no **** but you will never know be careful people please. Not even they head office can assist you with any queries they will tel the agents what to say to the customers its like you keep paying the same charges over and over and on top of that you are require to pay delay fees but their are causing the delay because the company has too many hidden agendas.
