Fordmanuals.com unusable purchases

I purchased two ebook manuals from Fordmanuals.com. I am not able to open either of the purchases. I have sent multiple emails to *** without any response. The first ebook is *******ed and cannot be opened. The owner guard software won't work correctly on iOS and therefore both purchases are useless to me. I would like a refund for these manuals as they can't be opened but I get no response from fordmanuals.com
