Zero confidence in Ford

The day I needed to use my spare wheel on my Ranger, I realised the key I was given for the spare wheel lock, does not fit. Ford Silver Lakes declined to assist me and told me they don't have old keys that could possibly fit. Ford Hatfield wanted to charge me R600 for JUST cutting it off and another R900+ for a new one! This is supposed to be fixed free of charge since it's Ford's lack of attention that caused the issue. Seriously unhappy!
