WORST SURVICE

<p>My ford was towed in last week Wednesday 5th April 2017 at around 19:30. </p> <p> </p> <p>The next day, Thursday, I phoned 4 times to try and find my car with no luck, every time I was told I will be phoned back, because they don’t know of any car that was towed in. At 15:00 I decided to drive there and look for my car myself. At around 15:30 a lady found my car and it was booked in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not hear anything back form Ford until this morning, so I phoned again. Nobody could help me because the lady was not there. I just received a call form a lady, She is the rudest person I ever spoke to on the phone!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>First she said I must remember that my car needs fuel and that I must put fuel in it!!!! Does she think I am an idiot. So I told her that I did put fuel in, R300 an hour before the “Engine malfunction” light came on. And she just said she will tell them and put the phone down in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cassey Ford will NEVER see me again</p>
