Worst service i have ever seen

I am very frustrated by the level of worst service i received at ford, I bought a second Kia Rio at Ford in CMH Kempeter ford in Bluff Durban in KZN, use dthe car for only 4 months and noticed that battery failed and i need to boost the car because it automatic, called Sipho the second hand sales man and he said i must sent email, i sent email, and when i went there today, he speaks to the Second hand manager Jaco and he said it not his bussiness

Ii bought card at ford and i believe it a big car dealer with reputation but after what happening i cannot believe they onky car about the money and not their reputation as i believe they would have seen how old the batttey is and change it but Jaco told us in our faces that it non of his bussiness.
