WORST SERVICE EVER FROM FORD SA

<p>FORD SA references ********** 9 AND ********** 95.</p> <p> My Ford Focus 2.0 tdci PowerShift was booked in for a warranty repair to the clutch and gearbox on 07 September 2016. Took them a week to figure out what I had told them in the first place. The second week the dealer needed a "special tool" to remove the clutch - only the factory has this "special tool". Third week they couldn't get the computer reset after replacing the clutch. Forth week they decided to replace the gearbox as well. Numerous emails to FORD SA after the first week. One month later and not a word from FORD SA. All I get is emails stating I will be called by a "friendly customer relationship representative" within 24 hours - still waiting. Alll that FORD SA did was to forward the emails to the dealer. My complaint is with FORD SA and not the dealership. FORD SA cannot repair or cause to be repaired one of their biggest selling products. Having a BIG bumper sticker made saying "**** SERVICE FROM FORD SA - ONLY DRIVING THE CAR BECAUSE I STILL OWE THE BANK". Threats of legal action will be accepted. FORD SA will enjoy all the publicity they deserve - self inflicted of course.</p>
