WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service I have ever experienced from any dealership, from the service adviser to manager and lets not forget the dealer principal that doesn't return calls. with services like this a don't think ill even consider ford as my next vehicle of choice. Logged a call with FORD SA on Tuesday 22 Sep 2020 but that also did not seem to help I am still waiting for that return call from the Dealer principal.
