Worst service, Barloworld Ford Bruma/Eastgate

Took the car to dealership for service around 07h00 and went back around 16h00 (9hrs later) and no job was done to the car (nothing!!) . Consultant by the name of Mokgadi she was having bad attitude and rude. She never phone/updating me about the car, didn't even apologise for the inconvenience caused
